Wonderfully quiet location right above the lake but also quite close to town with its stores and restaurants . Easy access to hiking trails (along the beautiful lake side) as well as sauna dock (pricey, and not included in stay) and swimming dock allows for a very relaxing atmosphere. Having bathrobes provided was great, especially after taking a quick swim in the late afternoon/evening. The hotel also offered a very reasonably priced lunch buffet (with several choices of main dishes).

Very friendly hosts and a beautiful garden; nice bbq place and we got wood, comfortable main room and cozy sleeping 1st floor room, coffee filters provided, excellent breakfast. To set expectations of other visitors: Bathroom/shower a bit old - which was fine for us.
