They communicated via WA and email, so there was never any issue I would accidentally miss the information needed. They also included additional info on the surrounding areas and how to get around the place. The room was clean and so comfortable. I loved that they provided comcast! I was by my own most of the time, which was respected, which I really appreciate! Area was close to Rissne subway station, which you can take a bus to with only 2 stations to pass.
