This hotel is the perfect size. It’s not a large hotel so can give its guest a personalized experience. Breakfast was ordered from menu and very good. The dinner was superb and presentation as well as taste was very high quality and delicious. We are already planning our next visit.

This is not a hotel but a B&B. It is located in a residential area in approx. 10 minute walk from the lake. The hotel is clean but our room could have used a major upgrade. The room was tiny and the bed was very small for two people with very flat and old pillows. We also did not like the carpet in the room which seemed to be old and worn. There was a TV in the room but it had maybe one or two channels. At least the wifi worked fine. The bathroom had a very small shower, a toilet and a sink just the bare minimum. The place was ok for 2 nights but unsuitable for a longer stay. The hotel owner was kind of strange and he did not introduce himself so we do not know his name. We were also asked to pay upfront even before seeing the room which was weird. I guess lot of people left without paying after seeing the room…. The breakfast was better than what we expected with good selection of food, coffee a tea. Parking is available free of charge but the space is tight for a larger car. Next time we stay at a proper hotel closer to the lake.
Featuring free WiFi and a ski school, eco boutique hotel AMS Beagle is set 200 metres from Vintgar gorge and Triglav National Park.

The apartment was self contained with plenty of room. The staff were fantastic and took the time with check in to show you where everything was and how it all worked. Their communication prior to arrival was excellent.

Penzion Kaps was fantastic - a beautiful alpine style building, spacious room, great ensuite. The breakfast room was a delight - spacious and welcoming and the breakfast repast was excellent. Peter is a wonderful host - helpful and knowledgeable . We loved our stay there.

A most delightful city. Clean and comfortable for walking and hiking. Beautiful quaint cottages with verdant gardens line the streets. Magnificent views all around for great photography. The folks spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. Local transportation is super convenient especially when heading to Lake Bohinj. In short, the Switzerland of the Balkans but without the price tag!

From our location we were able to tour Bled on foot and easily walk back to our apartment. There is a walkway around Lake Bled or steps to the Castle; lots of historical sites. Daily walks for Cappuccino, "krofe" and fresh bread. When on roadies, we stocked up on charcuteri board items, wine and beer for picnicking on the way.
Food and Wine pairing is a must at Hotel Triglav in Bled! Highlight of our trip.

First, the Hotel was wonderful and the staff were so kind and helpful! Bled is a beautiful place. We would love to return and spend more time in Bled and Slovenia overall. The Central restaurant was excellent. We did not experience any thing negative. The Bled castle was absolutely beautiful at night for its lit up and spectacular! A visit to Bled is a must see. Getting around in Bled is fairly easy. There are several activities for everyone and the lake is a beautiful site. We believe anyone visiting will not be disappointed at all!

I like the relaxing atmosphere.
I like the relaxing atmosphere. It's also cool to hike on the trail and have a bird view of the lake.
Cream cake is recommended, in particular to get a seat where to appreciate the lake and the landscape.

Beautiful area with lots to see and do.
Beautiful area with lots to see and do. Looks like a fairy tale and wish we'd had more time to explore and discover the ins and outs of the place. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful row boat that took us to the island and we loved the castle on the hill. The famous dessert at the hotel is one to be sure to catch.

Lake Bled area is beautiful!
Lake Bled area is beautiful! The inclement weather didn’t stop us from enjoying the sights and scenery. Although the area is a tourist attraction, the locals are very welcoming and friendly. I wish I had stayed longer!

The hotel, which carries the spirit of old times, is in an extraordinary location. The large park on the hillside, on the shore of the lake, awaits guests with beautiful flowers, bushes, and trees in perfect harmony. Although the hotel was not born in the 21st century, the room with its balcony opening onto the lake takes you off your feet. We didn't use the dinner option, but the breakfast was just great, we didn't miss anything. The fact that you can park in the hotel area is a huge plus in Bled.
To all the places I've stayed in my travels, I can say that this hotel is my favorite. The rooms are well-lit and the view of the lake in the balcony is breathtaking. I was able to see the sunrise in my hotel room. The breakfast is served in a fine dining and it is superb. I enjoyed the use of wellness center which includes the heated pool and sauna. Highly recommend to book a massage. They also offer a free bike rentals which is a great to explore the areas near Lake Bled.
We stayed at Hotel Lovec for a week last year and had such a great time in Lake Bled and Slovenia that we booked again. The hotel is great - fantastic breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and a nice pool. One morning they had run out of hot chocolate for breakfast and they offered to go and get some for the children. The front desk was also really helpful with my elderly mother. Would highly recommend, it is a great place to base yourself.
This is a really cool, small boutique hotel right next to Lake Bled. It felt like you are staying in someone's Victorian or Edwardian home. The house is fulll of fab period features. The staff were super helpful, booking us a local restaurant and even taking us to the restaurant when we couldnt get a taxi. Breakfast very tasty and served quickly. Ideal spot for walking, swimming or cyling.
Location perfect on lake bled foreshore. Small personal hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Forecourt overlooking the lake a superb place to lounge and eat and drink.
