This is my 3rd time visiting SXM in a year so I’m a bit familiar with the country. The property is located in the Simpson/ Cole Bay Area, which was great. It’s located within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the beach. The owners were very responsive. The apartment was clean. The surrounding areas were quiet at night. As a solo traveler, safety is extremely important. The property is surrounded by a security fence. I often walked from the apartment to the main strip at night and felt completely safe.
Located in Simpson Bay, St. Maarten, this resort features a private beach, the Greenhouse Restaurant and tropical-style accommodations with kitchenettes. The Hollywood Casino is 400 yards away.

We have time share for over 35 years and our place couldn’t accommodate us for the price we paid at the Atrium. It is a lovely place close to great restaurants and we really enjoy the beach at the Atrium. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

We booked this late as a spring break trip. Because we booked late, Belair Beach was one of the few resorts that were in our price range. This is an older resort, but it was in a great location with a great beach. The resort is RIGHT on the water, and we stayed in a very large two bedroom unit. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is in a great location with easy access to everything.
