Perfect location! 5 minute walk off the beach. Behind Bay Bistro restaurant and next to Somerset hotel. Within walking distance to Thursday’s fish fry and many restaurants. As for the accommodations, we were in room 1102 and it was nice. We had a patio right off the pool. They clean your room daily also.

What a great place! We highly recommend and enjoyed very much staying at the Flamingo house! It was a large and airy three bedroom house, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large kitchen, with all the utensils, nice size living room with big screen TV and high ceilings. This was the perfect spot for three friends traveling for a girlfriend get away nice quiet area. We usually stay right on the beach, but prices were too high for our budget. We were so pleased with staying at the Flamingo House, being able to cook many of our meals. It was also great renting a car and having the freedom to explore the island! Peter, the owner was extremely accommodating and very helpful about where to go to eat and things to see and do. He sent us a document with all the good spots. Everything was wonderful, clean, quiet, tranquil, and receptive. The rooms were nice and modern. The views were great. The weather was windier than expected which impacted available activities but amenities and experience were great.
