The price and location was decent, accomodating staff, which was the reason we chose it. We asked for better cleaning a couple of times, because of the pee smell in the toilet upon arrival in the room, and they did clean, but not everything.

Located right next to central rayong. The room was not well sound proof. Good size beds. Water heat at the shower became streaming hot and cold occasionally. Breakfast cost was unreasonable, so we didn't take breakfast there. Nice rooftop bar.
