Away from the huzzle and buzzle of the busy beaches of Phuket, yet within easy walking distance to 2 of them. Nice restaurants around. Great to explore Phuket for 2 days. Great location, everything you need is within a few minutes' walk. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything necessary. The two refrigerators were spacious enough to accommodate the needs of four families. The check-in process was quick and easy. The owner was always available if there was a problem and any problems we had were resolved surprisingly fast. The pool was clean and did not have the typical chlorine smell found in most places in the area. It was accessible 24/7.

Flew home out of Phuket so only stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our 3 week holiday in Thailand. Patong area is definitely not the nicest but the hotel is tucked slightly away from all the noise and craziness so guess it’s its main positive feature. The rooms are clean and modern but due to the bed being so big, there is no room to have your suitcase open or out, there is very limited room in the wardrobe and should you be staying for longer than a few days, it could be a real issue.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Pullman Arcadia and once again we loved staying here. We enjoyed the pool, beautiful views, large comfortable rooms and delicious food. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive. We love staying here due to the access to the beach as well.
