The kindness of the young girl who welcomed us.
She even drove us with her car to a small restaurant 5 km away because we were not motorized.
The garden is huge and very well maintained. The view is exceptional. No light pollution you can see an impressive number of stars. Very quiet, perfect for listening the birdsongs.
It's even possible to buy local and delicious coffee from a producer who grows it right next door.

The rooms were cosy and comfortable. Location was overlooking the valley with great sunset views. The staff were also very friendly and kind. They made sure we were settled in well and always there when we needed any help. Parking space is also huge. They had wifi but didn’t work at the rooms but network service isn’t an issue. Water heater worked well for the shower. You can also stargaze at night and just listen to silence.

Stunning location, comfortable room and an absolutely lovely owner. We had pastries on arrival, and she cooked both evening meal and a filling croque madame after the arduous walk upto the peak for sunrise.
If you come from Laos/Thai border, she will organise pick up more cheaply than organising a taxi from there (1500:2500baht). Also transport on to Chiang Rai
