The staff were very kind and helpful, the place is beautiful with 2 different onsens and a big pool. The place was fully booked but it felt so peaceful like there were barely any people there, many sweet dogs, cats and ducks on the property felt like paradise.

The room was very spacious, with large, full-wall windows, making the sunrise spectacular! Beds were comfy, wifi was good. The grounds were very pretty, with a pond and nice boardwalk around it. The staff that I saw (the housekeeper and breakfast attendant) were helpful.
