Well, it was not near the beach. It was near the location of the Pelupo music festival — a 20 minute drive instead of 45 minutes from any beach hotel.

Breakfast choices were excellent, a wonderful restaurant with well cooked meals. Location in a quiet area, close to the Siam golf courses and a small community of restaurants and bars. Would recommend to anyone looking for a restful holiday.

The room was clean, modern, and new. Good wfi, hot water, quiet, clean and all at a good price. The pool was really nice. The restaurant were outstanding. The staff was helpful and friendly.

    hill side villa does not have swimming pool attached in the house you have to walk 4 minutes walk to the public pool . You have to check the photo clealy before made booking. The villa have no car park in the house you have to park beside the road in front of the house. The villa have 2 bedrooms but have only one air condition in one bedroom the other room have only the fan. The villa is not well maintenance even have wifi but didn't work. TV also have but cannot turn on as well.

    Best for massage,so many cheap options as low as 1hour full body massage just 200thai bhat.beach is very close by and enjoyable.nite life and food many cheap options I loved Linkee central Pattaya road shop just opposite to soi buakhao soi . 5min walk from Thai smile serviced apartments . The duck shop it's really too cheap and never had . Overall kan say it's very good place. I personally feel stay cheap hotel and spend money for food and massage it's good. There is no point to select a star hotel and spend money because u hardly be at hotel except few hours for rest .
