The hotel is brand new, the staff is good, the room is big and clean and comfortable with a very nice big television. The downside of the hotel is the lack of the elevator, I was at the 2nd floor, (1st considering the ground floor) and it was not a big deal. But the location of the hotel is terrible, it's in the middle of nowhere, very far from Chiang Rai. I booked it reading some reviews about the good location, but it's 30 mins far, so far that some taxi driver refused to bring me there.

Gorgeous trees and plants, beautifully decorated accommodations, comfortable beds and bedding, large western style shower with detachable shower head. Free made to order breakfast, meticulous cleaning every day, free laundry service, free bicycles available to explore the peaceful surroundings (highly recommend biking the short distance to the Friendcation coffee shop and wine bar). Kind and friendly owner went out of the way to accommodate my extensive food allergies!
