This is a no-frills hotel, and given the price we paid, we didn’t expect anything extravagant. However, for its category, the hotel met our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the toilets and showers were well-maintained. There was plenty of space, modern air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The reception is open 24 hours, which was a huge plus for a late-night arrival. The staff were always helpful, and we’d like to give special thanks to Sabrina for her excellent service. The location is fantastic as well. There are plenty of local snack shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, an Orange store is not too far, where you can easily purchase a data package (collect the free sim from their representatives at the airport). The old Medina (Bab-e-Bhar) and Avenue Habib Bourguiba are only about a 10-minute walk away, and finding a taxi was never an issue. The hotel is just a 15-minute drive from Tunis Airport, making it a convenient option even for late arrivals. Sabrina was kind enough to help us place a food order for the family via the Glovo app at nearly midnight, which was a lifesaver since most places close around 8-9 PM. After that, the city feels quite deserted, so walking around late at night, especially with a young family, isn’t advisable. The streets can be a bit sketchy, and while the stray dogs were mostly sleeping during the day, they tend to take over the streets at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and great value.

We had a wounderful stay at kyriad prestige hotel. The hotel was newly built and very clean. Staff were really helpful especially Madam Meriam Medhi who helped us a lot with her kindness and grace. She put a lot of effort to reserve a table for us in the busy and famous dar eljeld resturant and it is actually really hard to reserve a table there. We had a fabulous dinner in that resturant. We definitely advise this hotel to visitors who seek a comfortable and nice stay in a central and accessible location in tunis.
