Mr Wissem the Manager was too busy to speak with us in the morning after we had a terrible experience at the hotel. Our room was so cold and over a period of 4hours we made two trips to reception and 4 calls before they gave us a small radiator that did nothing. On arrival we asked to extend for 2 nights and they said we should check availability in the morning. After the first terrible night we went to The Mirage which was brilliant.

The restaurant was good enough with a variety of food. The restaurant staff was very professional and efficient. The location was good in the heart of Yasmine Hammamet in between the port and the medina. The Spa was good compared to the offers in the area and the staff was professional and friendly.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the receptionist Hanedi was very helpful and considerate and couldn’t do enough , would highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful property with excellent pools. Staff so friendly and our bungalow had everything we needed. Dinner & breakfast were great with huge variety of choices. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return.
