The location was good, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the breakfast also was very good. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. As a bonus, this was the only place we stayed that had all the bathroom amenities like soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. There also was a kettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee.

I like the hospitality and welcoming from all staff without exception. They were very friendly, supportive, accurate in delivering their services, smiling all the time and careful to listen and provide their services and help.
I like they offer room service in the evening as well , to provide water, coffee… or replace towels if I required .

No wifi in the rooms, you can only get it in the lobby. Unfortunately, there are some people sitting and smoking in the lobby, so if you don’t smoke - you need to find some place where there is no smoke and wifi.

We like the secure parking and the location being near town. We had a proper double bed which was very comfortable. You can’t expect much for the price paid. Coffee at breakfast was good. There was a fridge in the room.

Siraj and his family are the epitome of Tunisian hospitality. He can recommend a tour company that is slightly cheaper than others in the area (very helpful for a solo backpacker) Also he is very helpful when it comes to navigating the louages departure times; which can be challenging when you only speak English. I wish I had just bypassed Douz and spent the extra time in Tozeur. The countryside is beautiful! Thank you for everything.

A great house with brilliant facilities for any family. Beautiful gardens and pool and the owners are lovely and kind. Very responsive to all questions and very helpful. House is in a good location where you can reach the local sites easily. Highly recommended.
