I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would gladly return. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, thanks to Khaled, the Guest Relations Manager, whose hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooftop seating area was a highlight, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The absence of a swimming pool was disappointing, and the gym facilities were quite basic, falling below the standard one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was top-notch. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

Very clean and spacious room, the bed and the pillows are not comfortable at all, I got a neck pain from them and I had to sleep on the floor for 4 nights,must be changed. Lighting in the bathroom is very dim and poor.Friendly and polite staff. Location is ok. The Thermal was excellent and it’s free of charge.

‏Very bad behavior from reception staff, i regret came to this hotel even though i left the hotel despite having one more day to stay! I went back to Istanbul, unfortunately never come back and never recommend to come to this place!! Many issues i had but the bad behavior was the worst! I Paid for 2 separate rooms (apartments) but when i came they want more money as we are 4 people!! OF COURSE we are 4 that’s why i reserved the 2 separate rooms to get each 2 one room!! But they took 100 EUR extra and i did pay that as it was late night we were so tired from traveling and i already paid the 2 rooms online before!
