We loved the property. It is on the outskirts of town so it was very quite (both good and bad) but right next to trail head for Pigeon Valley. The heat in our room was insanely hot. I kept asking them to turn it off completely but yet we were still so hot at night. We would literally start sweating while getting dressed in the bathroom. There is no way the heat was completely off with the bathroom being 80 degrees. It was in the 40s at night - the room should have cooled off. Nope. Loved that they put out a breakfast tray for show so you can take pictures of the balloons overhead while pretending to have a private rooftop treat.
