Exceptional service-very attentive, accommodating, kind. Location is just the best, with views to the ocean. Room is nice and bright, bed is very comfy, and breakfast so good! As an additional, they provide bicycles-was nice ride along the beach. If I ever in Hualien again-I will stay here again.

the stay was pleasant, it is very well located in hualien. most taxi drivers will know where this hotel is at. Staff are friendly, breakfast very was oriental which i liked and there were nice facilities for families. For families with young kids, there is a play room.
