1. The staff was extremely helpful despite language barrier. Since I spoke only English, she switched to English to accommodate me. Couldn’t really understand her English but made do. My children speaks mandarin but we came in different taxis so I have to wait for them to arrive 10 minutes later. 2. That’s probably the only thing good about this hotel.
