The location was very close to the Shuishe pier and the old street there. Car parking was also available for guests for free. Our room was in the 11th floor with a small balcony to see the beautiful Sun-Moon Lake. The size of our room was spacious for our sleeping. The room was also very quiet without any noise. I will definitely to check in again next time.

Rich forest is awful needs renovation . Shame that the pool is inside the hotel, did not see one person using it when I was there . Breakfast not good cornflakes in an open bowl , limited choice . Why not put breakfast in a dispenser where people are not coughing etc on it . Rooms need a good clean
Customer service trying to tell me my card is not working for payment and asking me for cash when it is there wi fi connection . I did not have any problem with my card anywhere else .

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—it felt like staying in a castle! The double bed was huge and incredibly comfortable.
One of the floors offers a complimentary tea service (free cup of tea), and you can also purchase tea there. However, the tea they sell is slightly more expensive than what you’ll find at the market just a 3-minute walk away.
The location is fantastic, very close to the market. We stayed on the 8th floor with a breathtaking mountain view—absolutely stunning!
