For the price I paid this place was great. Fairly clean room, daily cleaning service. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryer are provided. They replenish a bottle of water everyday. Use the elevators in the back to save time.

RF Hotel - Zhongxiao enjoys a convenient location in Taipei, just a minute’s walk from MRT Zhongxiao Dunhua Station.

The location was good. They had free drinks and snacks. The utensils were provided as long as you washed everything after use.

Adjacent to the dazzling Taipei 101 Tower, the luxury Grand Hyatt Taipei is conveniently located in the vibrant Xinyi District.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of selections. Location is excellent where you can do a lot of shopping just near by.

Chaiin Hotel - Dongmen enjoys a great location with just a minute’s walk from MRT Dongmen Station and a 6-minute walk from Yongkang shopping area.

Great location above the MRT and easy walking distance to many food options. The room was small but very tidy and clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

    We stayed here for an overnight stay to enjoy the Christmas Land in Banqiao. It is one of the hotels in the area that offers good value. The center is only a few minutes away. Their bathroom amenities, particularly the shower gel, smell wonderful. We also enjoyed the bathub during our stay.

The Undiscovered Asian Capital

Capital of the Republic of China (commonly known as Taiwan), huge Taipei is surrounded by mountains. Taipei 101, once the world’s tallest building, dominates its skyline from Xinyi, an area known for the most active nightlife.

At Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall the national flag is raised every morning and the guard changed every hour. Less known for tourists is National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, containing a tall bronze statue of the country’s founding father.

Taipei has tons of museums, but the best are Shung Ye Museum of Formosan Aborigines and the National Palace Museum – one of world’s largest collections of Chinese artifacts. Even more numerous are the temples dedicated to Buddhist, Taoist and Chinese folk religions. Xinsheng South Road is nicknamed "Road to Heaven" for its sheer number, but most famous is Longshan Temple in Wanhua, the oldest district.

Taipei shopping is fantastic and includes Core Pacific Living Mall, supposedly Asia’s largest. The Ximending area has lots of shops (and karaoke), while the Shilin Night Market should not be missed. For a break from the bustle head to central Daan Forest Park, the botanical gardens with its lotus ponds,or Yangmingshan National Park, known for hot spring baths and spring cherry blossom.

Whether you fly into Songshan or Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, the well connected public transportation system can take you to any Taipei hotel on Booking.com.

    The location was superb and staff were friendly too. Getting a late checkout anytime after their standard time, 11.30am was met with a firm no despite hotel not full and despite a regular visitor to this hotel. The most impressive were the house keeping staff - too friendly.

    Taipei is a modern city which has preserved its history and culture really well. It is very easy to get around using public transport - metro, trains and buses are all clean, fast and convenient. The night markets and historic streets are easy to access It is a pleasure to visit with excellent food, huge range of things to do and culture to explore. We will be back

    It’s an interesting city with a good food scene!

    It’s an interesting city with a good food scene! I would love to try more restaurants and street food shops. I enjoyed! I have been roaming around alone and despite of language barrier (signs, text ) in mandarin people try to help me out, if I have a question :) they’re spent time and being friendly most of time. Many solutions are convenient and once you get use to language description you will be fine. Try!

    Taipei is a bustling city with a lot of diverse things to do that can cater to both city and nature lovers! Whether you like hiking, shopping, relaxation, exploring culture, almost everything you can find in Taipei! Taxis and Uber are a bit expensive, so better stick with the public transport since you will not be stuck in traffic and the commute is very easy with lots of mode of transportation you can use to get to your destination.

    Location is very good , room good size for taipei , public and personal pick transport very good, some people will complain about this hotel being old , yes but it’s fine especially if you have tried others hotels which are small , dirty, not facilities, cosmos has in house restaurant and gym bonus parking too but need to organise with hotel as space is limited Overall if you not tried other hotels and not sure you won’t go wrong with cosmos .

There are two convenient stores on the ground floor of the building. The location is close to the Taipei train station and nearby attractions. Check-in and check-out are done on the self-help machine. The price is reasonable. Recommended for budget-limited stay.
