Great location and very attractive lobby. Quite elegant! Good bathroom set up snd comfy linens/bed. Breakfast was heavy Asian with few western options but good coffee and cereal/milk choice. Very nice staff. Loved proximity to night market and train/bus stations. Found a great bar nearby - perfect Negroni!

Staff were great, very kind. We stayed here to be across from the train station to go to Alishan, was perfect place for that, right across the street. Night market within 10 mins of walking. Room had a nice view. Would stay again!

Very professional staff during check in process and other needs. Unfortunately, we was assigned to a business room with heavy cigarette odor (even though it is designated as non-smoking room). I notified the front desk immediately but she said it had not been occupied for a few days prior to my arrival. She was going to send an air purifier to my room but never got it. We had to open the balcony door with the fan on high for half a day to lessen the smoking odor.
We stayed two non-consecutive nights due to a trip to Alishan in between. We were allowed to leave one big luggage overnight. Paid laudry machines are available in the garage with detergent provided. Two bottled waters and coffee provided in each room. Full breeakfast is provided until 9am on site.
