Very pleasant staff, we had a great time staying there. Reception was always incredibly helpful, rooms were fairly quiet. All of our requests were honored. Receptionists were comfortable in English, but, unfortunately not all of them were willing to speak Ukrainian, despite all clearly knowing it. For my future trips I hope that it will change, as foreigners or Ukrainians shouldn't be expected to know russian when they come to a hotel in Ukraine.
