The hotel and room were perfectly acceptable. It met all our expectations and is good value. Location is not bad with numerous restaurants within a short walk. Breakfast was good too. Staff were hospitable.

Great hotel, the accomodations and bathroom were really nice and clean. The wifi was fast. The breakfast was good, there were pancakes, bacon, eggs, different types of tea and coffee. But what I really enjoyed was the staff, they were super friendly, helpful and caring.

    Area is the North Dallas Business area.

    Area is the North Dallas Business area. Had a small airport close by for company jets etc. Our hotel was geared toward traveling businessmen and some families. Plenty of restaurants, upper end as well as casual dining close by. Many within walking distance. Area seemed quite safe. There was a Walmart 1.4 miles away as well as pharmacies and shopping.

    This room was the best hotel room I’ve ever experienced!

    This room was the best hotel room I’ve ever experienced! We booked a poolside room with access to the pool directly from the room. The layout of the room was not your typical room with just four walls but really interesting. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Lots of water, not the typical water saver shower head but a good amount of water which was wonderful. The room was spotless, quiet and extremely comfortable. They also had an order in for delivery menu from about four to five restaurants which was especially helpful the evening we arrived. It was simply a first class room and I would give it ten stars if I could.

    I Love the room sz I Love Love the Breakfast and also the Location. I didn't like that it took hrs to get tissue and we went down 2 times to let front desk kno. Then when we did see House keeping she couldn't speak English at all. Need to have workers that can speak English

    Addison can be whatever you make it.

    Addison can be whatever you make it. If you wnt to go out, there's PLENTY to do. If you want to stay in and relax, you have that option as well. It's close to highways and other surrounding cities

    I only went to have a good time with my family Addison was...

    I only went to have a good time with my family Addison was close to all the places I wanted to go. The farthest was around 30min far and that was the enchanted lights but it’s a big state so the time is good. Addison had a lot of restaurants near by so I found a place to eat quickly. I ate at Lupes tortillas witch the fajitas were so delicious. Not real Mexican food witch was what I was looking for but was good Overall Addison was a good place beside the traffic on highways but in the streets it wasn't so bad I probably will stay there again. I recommend travelers to have a plan of where exactly your gonna go and visit before staying in Addison since Dallas and surrounding are big stay closer to where you are visiting that way you avoid traffic.

    We loved that our Hotel was up the street from Nate’s...

    We loved that our Hotel was up the street from Nate’s Seafood and Steakhouse. It was delicious. Also, the Galleria Mall is awesome!!! So beautiful at Christmas time!! Only thing I did not like is all of the construction!

    The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The beds were surprisingly more comfortable than we expected. More importantly, we felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

    I loved the size and comfort of the bed. Travelling from the UK everything is bigger in Texas. The room was also equipped with a microwave and fridge which is very useful, you would not get these as standard in UK.
