Minimal parking space. The hotel is older, but clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The shuttle driver was there on time.

I’m handicapped 71 years and to walk 526 steps to my room, no assistance offered for my 3 bags, at 115am, in a 300 room hotel that was clearly not that busy. I arrived late because of airline delays and the shuttle service was not available so I had to pay $20 to a taxi driver for a half mile ride.
Featuring an outdoor pool, free WiFi and all guest rooms include a refrigerator. Guest rooms include a microwave, a TV with cable channels and pay-per-view movies, and air-conditioning.

This hotel is somewhere I have stayed at and loved over the years and because of that I have kept coming back
This time I was disappointed
The room was small, dark and it needed refurbishment
The staff and management were not interested in problem solving or helping
Wilson from House keeping and Pauli assistant manager were not interested at all
Concierge staff were great and the proximity to the shopping centre were the great positives

I stayed with my friends in the hotel for 5 nights, the hotel had a bad smell, our rooms smelled like dog pee, the bathroom was dirty, someone threw a glass bottle on our balcony, it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in because they have no cleanliness and no security, the only good thing is its location

Nice, clean hotel situated close to beach, however, behind sky rise, making the location feel a bit claustrophobic. Entry/lobby is unexciting and not very welcoming. Path to beach from hotel requires walking down a smelly alley. Pool area is upstairs, crowded and eclipsed due to configuration of hotel with a peekaboo view of the ocean. Fitness room is adequate. Room was clean and comfortable, however, bathroom light was extremely bright and lit up room even with door closed. Perhaps a second light or dimmer would make sense. Service was attentive. Room service was good. Downstairs bakery was exceptional.
Just 2 minutes’ walk away from Waikiki Beach and Kuhio Beach Park, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and sun terrace. Each room and suite includes a private balcony with ocean, mountain or city views....

The price was reasonable for Honolulu and close to the beach.

Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. The bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas at Beach Candy is amazing and so is the eco-conscious reusable water bottles and fill stations. We have stayed here several times and will return for the great location, the tiki Bar and the staff. We enjoyed a Cabana poolside one day which was very reasonable and had a server frequently checking in.
