Great room with comfortable beds. The room has a kitchen and microwave which is really convenient. The person at front desk gave us some plates which we used to microwave some snacks for dinner. There is free hot water for tea + coffee in the lobby which is a nice touch. I did not enjoy the breakfast. If I were to stay again, I would bring something to microwaveable to have in the room!

    Walk in shower was big and bright lights in the King room, had hot breakfast but not with the bacon and omelets as advertised, bathroom was big and roomy and had huge sink counter space to put your own toiletries. Had 3 sets of bath towels and wash clothes which is nice.

    We were really impressed! Exceptional Hospitality!! Shout out to Ken, whose work ethic and hospitality is above and beyond expectations! Very clean, comfortable and welcoming! Room was clean comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well stocked and organized, bathroom was clean, tub deep enough for a nice soak!! Breakfast was hot and a lot of verity to choose from! Patio was very inviting! Many areas to just relax! Every guest I walked by or spoke to were friendly and pleasant! And that says a lot about a hotel! Very close to restaurant, you don’t even have to drive anywhere!! Also, close to UB North campus, which is a plus! A great place for travelers or a weekend getaway!! I would definitely recommend!!

    Amherst is a great area. Nice town outside of Buffalo.

    Amherst is a great area. Nice town outside of Buffalo. Within distance to both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The cinema is around the corner. Tops, Walmart, and a variety of stores are within reasonable distance.

    Loved the very spacious room equipped well for long stays. Very flexible lobby area which accommodated overflow breakfast eaters and evening family game playing. The front desk staff were all wonderful .... when they were there. I was surprised at how often the front desk was not manned. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and preferred Amherst/Buffalo area for actual stay for shopping, restaurants, church, etc.

    The hotel did not let me know that they clean rooms only...

    The hotel did not let me know that they clean rooms only after special request. In the third day, filled in the request on paper, dropped of at the reception - no result. Next day asked the receptionist in the morning - no result. Asked the receptionist in the afternoon - got the room cleaned in couple hours. Did not ask for repetitive cleaning and nobody bothered for the rest of the stay.

    WE WERE A FAMILY OF 12! WE ARE ACCUSTOMED TO DIFFICULTIES FINDING REASONABLY PRICED ACCOMMODATIONS FOR OUR LARGE GROUP. THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT AND ACCOMMODATED OUR DESIRE FOR ADJACENT ROOMS AS WELL.

    THIS HAMPTON INN is the best one to stay at.

    THIS HAMPTON INN is the best one to stay at. We have been to them all in the area over the years. It is clean,the staff is friendly and the rooms are bigger. Even the bathroom layout is user friendly and well designed.

    Seems new and clean - everything you need. The pool was small but perfect for a splash with the kids. Breakfast was great . Good location to visit Niagara Falls and have a taste of authentic buffalo wings!
