We arrived a little early, so we expected to sit in the lobby for a while. However, the manager was able to fix a room so we could relax and warm up from the cold weather.

Your breakfast was probably the worse I ever seen .
No paper plates.
No Jelly for the toast
Nothing to put on a bagel
Saw the Girl emptying trash after breakfast.
Pulled out can was real dirty underneath.
She left it didn't sweep it up.
Put us in Room 422 I think it was bed was on the floor.
Sorry I'm 65 years old.
Why would u even do that.
We moved to the room across the hall 423.
Went to turn up the refrigerator pulled it out to turn it up.
Was dirty under it.
No Kleenex they were empty.
Unisex Bathrooms on 1st floor.
No way will I accept that.
I've Always been a Holiday inn person.
Guess I'll be going back.
And the price 160$ for one night plus tax is terrible.

We only encountered 2 staff members that seemed the least bit interested in any type of customer service, I hope they can be recognized, very sweet young girl running the breakfast. Also the gentleman that checked us in, curly red hair, he was very nice, he knew that we were there mainly to swim & he informed us that the pool was down, he allowed us to go in the hot tub since the pool was down & he was very nice & helpful.

Location was a bit confusing (how to get to) but it was just off the highway and it was an easy drive from Noblesville where we were visiting family. Did not eat in Anderson or spend any other time there, sorry.

We paid a $25 deposit.
We paid a $25 deposit. We were told when we checked out to turn in the remote that we would receive our deposit back. Well went to office and they say we didn't pay deposit. So be careful. It depends who is there when you checkout I guess. ☹️☹️☹️

As long as you do not spend any time or money at the Anderson Inn, in Anderson, Indiana. You will have a good chance of enjoying yourself. But if you stay at the Anderson Inn, you can expect ROACHES running across the furniture, and a chance of taking them home in your clothes and luggage.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. Not at all clean...the stairs were dirty had standing water by ice maker and soda machine my shower looked like it had not been clean. The shower curtain was stained. Sink took forever for water to drain. Beds were very uncomfortable. Gentleman that checked you in was extremely short hurried totally unpleasant. Same person checked me out but locked me out of the room while I was loading my car he deactivated the key card 15 minutes before checkout time and when I went to the desk to let him know I needed back in he got angry. Never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was great!
Our stay was great! Our room was ready early, the front desk was helpful and called a shuttle to the casino. The hot tub was the perfect temperature for my boyfriend and he is picky about that! The grounds were very clean. We would stay here again!

For an overnight stay it is good.
For an overnight stay it is good. For long term, not so much. The pillows and blankets are not that comfortable. The TV is confusing to find a channel you don't have to pay for. Not pet friendly. Only one item for breakfast. The building is old and needs renovation.

Very clean hotel/room. Breakfast was very good. I didn't need to eat in a restaurant afterwards. Plenty of food and well cooked! Check in host for the evening. Christine, was very nice and professional!
Staff was very friendly and attentative. Hotel is tucked away off the main road making it a quiet stay. Lobby and hallways smelled really clean and bathrooms were also clean.
The breakfast was fine. Normal hotel, fair nothing special. The beds were OK. But they were creaky. The little business center in the lobby was very cute.
