Horribly run hotel.
Horribly run hotel. If they are having so many technical difficulties, the logical thing would be to fix them and THEN open. Instead they and their investors rushed to open while not being ready and the guests had to bare the Technical difficulties of their corporate greed. That is not how you retain your customers. The whole setup.
The whole setup. It was excellent to have the Embassy Suite right there. That is an excellent use of resources. Genius. If you want a simple breakfast you could get it at the Homewood, but for omelets and waffles, then the Embassy staff were there. The pool looked excellent and I plan to use it the next time. It was upper scale on the one hand, but down to earth and comfortable on the other hand. Restaurants nearby were good. I enjoyed my stay.Guest review bySharonUnited States
