The staff are all very friendly. The location is right on the beach and not having to haul beach chairs or umbrellas is really helpful. I love not having to check the room before settling in for bed bugs and despite marijuana being legal in NJ (an issue at another hotel), there is never an issue with smoke smells or marijuana smells on the property.
