I have never stayed at this hotel in my life and I have lived in long island my whole life.... when I say this hotel deserves TEN STARS!!!! It's the best! The customer service was 🔥 the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and spacious, they even have a personal loung on SITE of the hotel, a store that they open up for you within the hotel when requested and they have a restaurant!!! Their Valet staff are professional and everyone treats you with respect. The beds are comfortable out of this world! I cant WAIT to stay here again and i HIGHLY recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!!! GREAT JOB GARDEN CITY HOTEL!!!

The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and helpful. We were able to extend our check out and had a lovely meal in the restaurant at the hotel. Being 10 minutes away from Jones Beach was a plus. We took a long walk on the beach the next morning.
