There was a biker gang just outside late at night revving and playing loud music. The bathroom smelled bad, like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. People were bringing in animals and litter boxes. There were children running and pounding on the floor above us. Breakfast could have offered some healthy choices.

The manager for 3/13 at 7pm took care of a rowdy group who set up lawn chairs in parking lot under my widow #207, the 7pm manager took care of the matter after I called front desk and the rowdies were all dispersed. Sorry to say the bed was lumpy.

The location was excellent right off the highway for travel. Check in staff was very efficient and helpful. The owner was there and made a point to come over and greet us and see if we needed anything. Felt very secure. Room was well appointed and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Very friendly people. Will go back here if in the area again.

    Beckley is one sister work town, 2 of us came from 4 hrs away in Ky. We came for the Honey festival at the Exhibition Coal mine. That was a neat experience. We then ate at the Outback, delish! We headed up 19 to the New River Gorge Bridge overlook, WOW! The gift shop closes at 4pm on the dot! We drove on up to Hawk Nest overlook, another WOW! Hadnt been there prob 25 years. On the way back we found an ice cream shop, Yum! Then ended up at the mall 😁😜! We 3 sisters were back in our teenage days running around town enjoying our time together! Headed back to the hotel for snacks & more laughs & some rest!

    Room I reserved was not as advertised.

    Room I reserved was not as advertised. Front desk staff not properly trained to take care of problems. Trying to charge me $200 more than the price I booked and manager has not called me back to take care of the problem as promised. Motel is in need of repairs. Would never stay there again.

    Rooms were dirty, carpeting dirt & grease stains, furniture was scraped up, old like it came from a dump. the place smell Terrible like a foul stank. Im very surprised Super 8 would allow this operation to use there name and be in operation. I wounder if the health department there has ever been notified & Better Business ?

    The drive in West Virginia is spectacular.

    The drive in West Virginia is spectacular. For us Beckley was a perfect place to stop overnight and continue our journey up north. The staff were helpful and very friendly and the guests were also very nice to talk to and polite.

    Beckley was wonderful, we attended Bridge day, and just enjoyed the mountains. Beckley us full of great memories for us, it's just a shame the motel was so disappointing especially when we were not expecting 4 star facility, but the staff and rooms were a joke!

    I expected more of this property for the price and the fact...

    I expected more of this property for the price and the fact that it's owned by Hilton. This is a bare-bones hotel. No microwave or closet in the room. It was clean and sufficient for one night, though.
