Hotel room and common areas were super clean, and upgraded. Breakfast was great (no powdered eggs), and all the staff we came in contact with were very courteous and professional. Food options were walking distance and the staff’s recommendations were great. We will definitely stay again!

    I didn't book this room.

    I didn't book this room. Something went wrong in my booking process when Booking.com tried to offer a competitive rate. I didn't stay here and the women at Booking.com said she will negotiate the refund of my money. Booking.com took my money - I don't understand why there needs to be any negotiation. I would never have booked this room because I have a dog and this place doesn't allow animals. Very disappointing.

    First red flag was when I was asked for $20.00 cash deposit...

    First red flag was when I was asked for $20.00 cash deposit to cover damages and security. Room had a bed, tv, frig, one chair and frig. There was a note in the room that you could not have a guest in the room, but only the individuals renting. Also, they gave you instructions on where to take your trash out the next morning. No coffee in room. It had a cold feeling. TV channels were not acceptable for children. Loud music playing. We gave up are reservation in 2 hours and went to another hotel. I would not suggest anyone book from this place.
