Beautiful big resort on the river! We had a roomy comfortable room upstairs with a stunning view of the river. Next time we’ll book ahead and get ground level river view with outside fire pit.
We are dinner there and it was beautiful setting on the river. Friendly staff but very slow service. No regular coffee pods in the room so we had to walk to front desk in another building to get them.
Great pool area and gym!!!

So loud. So very loud.
And it is non stop. It was a Tuesday night for god sakes. And people would not shut up.
Room was missing a good portion of the door sweep. A rat the size of a dog could have crawled through it.
Dirty dirty floor.
Don’t advertise a fridge. Then fill it with a bunch of beer. We couldn’t store anything in the fridge.
Ridiculous

Hotel is nice. Have stayed here several times, but this time they charged more than room was booked for through booking.com. The room rate showed a resort credit, which they did NOT apply. Followed up with them 3 times, but they do NOT respond!

We love Bend! It's beautiful country with all the surrounding mountains. The dry, dessert country is warm and comfortable. In winter Mt Bachelor is the best ski resort. Go visit the Museum, it's incredible with Pioneer history.

Bend is a great choice for a short term stay.
Bend is a great choice for a short term stay. It's compact and cheerful downtown is really nice and has great restaurant and coffee choices. Really good beer choices in Bend as well. Deschutes and Crux Fermentation Project are very high on my "best of" American beer list.

It has beautiful scenery and I can't speak for all but the few people that I have encountered were nice. Don't like the fact that there is hardly any black people or places for us to hangout amongst one another to enjoy festivities and a drink.

We have traveled to Bend many times and it never disappoints. We typically go in the summer and this was our first time going in the winter. There is so much to do and see in Bend. Lots of outdoor adventures which our family loves. There are many different pubs and places to eat. Getting around is fairly easy- lots of round'abouts. We enjoyed walking around the Mill District, going to Sunriver, visiting the Museum, and ice skating at the Pavillion. In the summer we love being near the water-SUP, exploring caves, and hiking.

We drove from Portland toward Mount Hood, checked out waterfalls and hiked a bit, then drove toward Bend. There was a snowstorm forecasted, so our stay was cut a little short. We found some great restaurants and craft breweries!

Beautiful town with so much surrounding it to see.
Beautiful town with so much surrounding it to see. With a little driving you'll find so much nature to explore, the last Blockbuster, which is a must to stop by for nostalgia. And a corn maze and pumpkin patch.

A very nice older hotel but kept up nice, attractive from the outside. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Outdoor pool located in the center of the u-shaped hotel building - quick access to your room, tho we did not use it. Outside door access, so your vehicle is parked by your door which is nice. No long hallways or multiple floors & elevators to navigate getting too and from your vehicle. We would stay again when in the area.
Modern, stylish clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, only a short walk from downtown Bend. The complimentary breakfast was excellent offering hot and continental alternatives. And Happy Hour, with complimentary wine, beer and nibbles was a fine way to start the evening. Highly recommended!
Great staff welcomed you to the dining area. Food was fresh and lots of choices for breakfast. Fruit available all day.
Everyone was friendly.
Hotel is central, in a quiet area. Easy to access. Bed was very comfortable.
