Nothing.When I, got to the hotel. The parking lot was closed for business. I have paid in advance to booking.com and the person i talk to on the phone at the holiday inn on 73rd cicero chicago told me to contact booking.com because they we're notified July 11 but never contact me so where is my money if the hotel is closed for business. Help me understand this problem.

I LIKE THE HOTEL'S LOCATION, IT IS NOT REALLY A POPULAR AREA TO WALK IN. BUT THERE ARE A FEW RESTAURANTS AND QUICK AND CONVENIENT STORES NEARBY FOR EMERGENCY CASES. STAFF WAS NICE AT CHECK IN, NOT MUCH TO SAY THERE. DID NOT NEED THEM MUCH AT ALL.

Had yo book last minute due to flight cancellation. Room was clean. Front desk staff was helpful in trying to get a toothbrush. However, there were none available. There was some toothpaste which was helpful.

    Don’t go here.

    Don’t go here. Well I get off work late and I guess they will be doing a shift change and make me wait until they are done. Like I had a guy tell me he could not check me in because he clocked out and the next shift was running late. I was pissed it took them an hour and I had just got off of work. Employees are rude. Room stinks. Motel 6 will never get another dollar out of me good luck going here. It’s not work it.

    Was allowed to check in early.

    Was allowed to check in early. Room was clean except air conditioner filters were gross, i washed them in bathtub. Smelled like weed but that dont bother me ( no, i dont smoke.) Would have liked a refrigerator but we managed. Overall, the price was great, service was good. Would definetly stay again

    I had my teenage grandkids with me, and all of us enjoyed...

    I had my teenage grandkids with me, and all of us enjoyed our stay here! The Branding Iron restaurant nearby, was exceptionally great food! The breakfast bar at the Hampton was also excellent! The staff, from checking in, cleaning staff, and breakfast bar staff were friendly, helpful, made us feel at home!

    The hotel is in a safe place!

    The hotel is in a safe place! The noise of other patrons should be handled when you ask for it to be! I checked out way before my time!!! Due to the noise the children above us and the hotel staff did absolutely NOTHING to help with that!

    Worst experience in my life, so dirty in side the room, carpet never cleaned after build the building, when the rain comes water leaking through the window and water inside the room, mattress bumpy Iam not sure they are changing the sheets after the customer left, please nobody don't go there.

    Took 15 minutes for someone to tend the front desk after we first entered the hotel. The staff woman was rude, short, and seemed to enjoy the misfortune that was upon me. The hotel manager at 8am the next morning was even worse. I would avoid this property at all costs.

    We stayed here because a friend's wedding was close. There were a lot of options in the area, within 30 minutes walk, for food which was great; however, we did have to drive everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic, everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. In the future, we will probably stay closer to the city but if this area is where you need to be then this was a fine hotel.

    We stayed because our flight to Detroit was delayed by weather. I made the hotel reservation on my phone while standing in line at the airport. We were stressed, arriving at the hotel late at night and with no luggage. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, and he got us checked in smoothly.

    Awesome hotel! The rooms were very spacious, clean and kept up nicely. The breakfast was also great. Staff here are awesome and the price was very affordable!! Thanks to the staff here!!!
