Very good breakfast selection, well set up with help immediately available when needed. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The pull out sofa bed provided ample sleeping space. Movie night was a nice, unexpected touch. The staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the kitchen staff to housekeeping. The outdoor picnic table games was another unexpected nice touch.

This hotel is located on the edge of White Mountain National Forest. It offers studios and suites with full kitchens and 49-inch flat-screen TVs. Skiing at Cranmore Mountain Resort is 3 miles away.

The staff at the Colonial Motel was very welcoming, the room was ready when we arrived, and it was spotlessly clean. Although the hotel was full, it was very, very quiet at night, which was wonderful. It was a great experience, and we will most definitely plan to stay at the Colonial Motel in the future. The nightly cost is amazing for the area, and what you get, and the easy walk to the center of North Conway Village is fantastic.
