The breakfast was good and the Hispanic woman who was hosting was very nice and welcoming. There was no linens for the pullout couch for my son but after realizing at a late hour, front desk was more than happy to help retrieve some. 😊 Thank you!

    Chandler is a nice place.

    Chandler is a nice place. Need to better work with the businesses (Chandler Metro Apartments) to better represent their community with moral and ethical business practices. The saying "they know the rules, they hope you don't" applies here. People who run businesses who are from other countries, cultures, need to understand that there ARE basic human rights issues that THEY need to adhere to. This was a terrible experience for my daughter and granddaughter. I heard her nagging at the doorway and then saying "we charge by the hour." What kind of motel, other than prostitutes, charges by the hour?

    There is plenty to do in Chandler and it's also near several...

    There is plenty to do in Chandler and it's also near several other cities that we visited, such as Phoenix. Tuscon, Gilbert, Scottsdale and a few others. We hiked and biked several of these areas. There are bike lanes on the roads which made it feel more safe!

    Chandler is suburban sprawl on steroids but there is a cute downtown with nice shops and many good restaurants. We were there for a wake and funeral, both in Chandler, and could easily rideshare to both.

    This facility was relatively clean and quiet. Good place to stay while visiting relatives. Although it said there was a kitchenette, there was nothing supplied to facilitate using it. No kleenex, paper towels, Basically bare bones.

    We came to visit a patient in Chandler Regional Medical Center. We were very impressed by Chandler. Everything we saw was fairly new, and very well maintained. We were happy there was a Cracker Barren Restaurant near the hotel. A pleasant city to visit!

    Typical Hilton rooms with friendly receptionists and housekeepers. We forgot some swimming dress in the wardrobe. The hotel team contacted us and returned them after we left. This service was very professional. We appreciate a lot. Thanks for that. We regretted that the breakfast was so poor, with limited selection, bad quality, long time in queue, incompetent service personnel. We always wonder when a hotel let their guest go without offering a possibility for proper breakfast. We do not need much. Some standard continental fresh food and a hot drink would be enough. We left with empty stomach and searched solution elsewhere... Room AC too loud

    Front Desk, Call Center are excellent! They got me a room that I requested! It was the top floor with a view and relatively quiet. The breakfast was excellent! I didn't care for their coffee selection, but overall the eggs everyday and with some sausage, baked hash browns were really good and fresh! The staff was really good and very polite! Mailbox out front was really nice and easy for USPS to pick up and drop off. Cool feature and Wifi was easy to connect all over the property!

    I’ve stayed at several Comfort Suites and they always have a large selection for breakfast, this one had half of what any other ever did. The food that was there was hot. The room looks freshly painted.
