Nestled between the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix, this hotel is less than 1 mile from the center of Charlevoix. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning.

Wonderful breakfast and Natalya was friendly, helpful, smiling and a joy to be around. Hours could extend to maybe 10:30 a.m. tho. Very nice.

Charlevoix House - The Northside features air-conditioned accommodations in Charlevoix.

Breakfast was a huge perk of this economically friendly Inn. Well cooked, well prepared, and lots of privacy during your stay when you want it. The location is definitely better for early birds or people who go to bed early. Lots of attractions and restaurants close at 9.

The bed was hard as a rock. I ended up sleeping on the couch. The TV wouldn't work, couldn't get any channels. The cherry on the top was when.i went to make breakfast. I had the coffee pot and microwave going at the same time, big mistake the power went out. I couldn't even take a shower before I left.

You have to be careful because the cups target the people from out of state we received a speeding ticket for going 5 miles over all of the cars were going with a lot of speed. We were the only one pulled over. Be careful stay within speed limit even if you get all out people mad at you !

Charlevoix is a charming town with good restaurants & quaint shops. It is located between Lake Charlevoix & Lake Michigan. It is not far from Traverse City & Petoskey. Also Charlevoix is home to the mushroom houses which are worth seeing. A great town for all ages.

Very nice town. Easy/nice to walk around. Check out the awesome library! Great location from which to drive and explore other quaint towns such as Elk Rapids, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Fishtown. A day trip to Mackinac Island is a must.

Great fall colors on Dead Man's Hill.

Great fall colors on Dead Man's Hill. Ate a great meal at the Happy Troll. Easy parking on the side streets with nice little shops to browse on the main street. Beautiful harbor. Fun mushroom houses to drive by and a nice castle to visit. We also took the car ferry - which was fun!

I enjoy the farmers market on Thursday mornings.

I enjoy the farmers market on Thursday mornings. I also like walking to the nearby mushroom homes, the Lake Michigan waterfront, and the Lake Charlevoix access. The local restaurants are worth visiting, as are the downtown galleries and shops. Charlevoix reminds me of the villages in Wisconsin's Door County.
