The location is perfect, right in the center of town. We were there for the St. Patrick’s Day parade, which was right down the street from the hotel.

Directly off Interstate 81, this Dickson City, Pennsylvania hotel has free Wi-Fi access and an on-site fitness center. The Steamtown National Historic Site is 4 miles away.

Cleanliness is the main priority for me and I was pleased. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast before I checked out. The only down side was trying to figure out to get to the place from the street. Totally missed it my 1st attempt. Maybe mark entrance better,other than that,completely satisfied.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing, so sweet and so welcoming. The place is so incredibly clean and the attention to detail is top notch. I was so impressed with this place. Wish we had this place where we live in Chicago. 10/10 from us :)

    This Best Western is a great place to stay!

    This Best Western is a great place to stay! The location is near an interstate highway and easy to get to. Parking is free and available. Best of all, a very good sports bar is within a 5-minute walk. Also, the hotel is recently built so everything is new. The only small negative is that the lone computer in the “business center” is slow.

    Clarks Summit is not a tourism destination, but has hotels and fast-food restaurants along a commercial strip. The restaurant at the Best Western might be the best in the area, and seemed popular with locals as well as those staying in the hotel.

    I was exploring Scranton in Franklin, Forks. Clarks Summit was right in the middle and it was a good location. The hotel was going to Main Street. There was a Mexican restaurant, Krispy, Kreme, dairy Queen, Wells Fargo, and a Sheetz right across the street

    We never stayed and were charged for the night.

    We never stayed and were charged for the night. There was a booking error by the hotel for the wrong night but we were still charged and the staff would not work with us to rectify. Worst lodging (non-lodging) experience with a hotel.

    We were only here over nite stay. Up and away early next am.

    We were only here over nite stay. Up and away early next am. Due to covid no breakfast , coffee or grouping in common areas. Close by attractions for dinner were not easily accessible. It was dark , and raining which put a kibosh on looking around alot. The place was nice , just not memorable.
