We prefer Conway to the more crowded more touristy North Conway. It's a pleasant small town with good casual restaurants [ Mexican, tavern, fish, breakfast, but nothing fancy, expensive & gourmet] convenient to hiking but not crowded with shoppers. The property was clean and well stocked with the basics, full bathroom, smart TV, however the bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had on vacation! Since we wanted to be right in Conway and thus close to our desired attractions, we have accepted that it is not so rural and a bit busier.
