Management needs to keep a decent place. I had to move rooms twice my original room lock stop working so they moved to another room only for there to be not hot water and toilet kept running and the window was leaking. When i asked for my original room back they said it was still being fixed only to find out that they just gave it to someone else. They had every excuse in the book as to why so many things were wrong. Not one apology or anything the breakfast was just a pancake machine that didn’t work all the time the stuff was untrained and could never be found if we needed something. It was gross I stayed for five days and never will be back. I just couldn’t understand why every night there was something wrong and they don’t care. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy here.

Staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable and bigger than expected. Everything was well kept throughout the hotel and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of good options.

Found drug paraphernalia in the room aluminum foil with burn marks with a pin with a partially melted end. Had our 6 year old and 4 year old with us. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone the room wasn't cleaned the comforter Had lip stick prints on it bathroon tile crevices are dirty walls are dirty. Room Had a smell and microwave Had a smell coming from it. Asked staff for a different room or someone to clean the room and showed the the drug paraphernalia and he quickly grabbed it and threw it away and Siad he couldn't get a new room due to being full. However looked on the site and there were 7 available rooms. He just didn't want to do anything. Terrible experience Terrible run down place.
