The lady at the front desk was rude. & After being told I’m “taking someone’s room” and making me feel guilty even though I made a reservation 15 days before check in. And I got there at 3 for check in…..
We get to our room and there’s no towels… I have my husband go ask the front desk for some and he gets told housekeeping will be up with some soon, well we call it a night about 8pm with no towels and giving up on ever getting any. Which fine whatever we’re only here for a night.
When I booked the room I made sure to get the breakfast and would ya guess the guy told me we weren’t allowed to have breakfast when we went down. And it would be extra….
Lol
This place is a JOKE
I’d go anywhere but here, there’s a courtyard next to it. If you really want that location you’ll surly have better luck there.

My sisters and I thought the room to be pretty clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. However, the photos showed riverfront and that's not true. There is a concrete wall, so you can't see anything..

Staff was great overall. Facilities were clean, although you could tell the building was old. Loved happy hour and breakfast (omelette/eggs made to order was very nice)

Dislike was that it was right next to the a highway, but other than that the price was decent and the room was clean.

We were in for a sports event and Covington is a superb location for the Cincinnati teams (Bengals, Reds, Cyclones, FC), as well as the attractions and nightlife of Newport on the Levee. Covington itself is an up-and-coming district where there's been considerable investment in recent years. Its got a lovely riverfront and the town has many great restaurants and bars. Within easy walking distance of downtown Cincinnati (10 mins) or jump on the frequent trolley for just $1 to go to Cincy or Newport. Covington is an unsung star and very much worth a visit

Not such a safe place in general but staying inside was best weather was bad. Beware of roaches only closed containers that keeps you from carrying home the critters and be prepared to stay awake unless you like visiting bugs lol

I really like this town.
I really like this town. It's got the old bluesy vibe that contrasts Cincinnati across the river well. I've always felt Covington has been underrated due to being overshadowed by Cincinnati.

We decided to stay 2 nights after initially booking one night only. The price was right, affordable for a brand hotel.
We mainly stayed in a hotel to rest. I did not get out very much.
But my husband liked the restaurant area he went to

The front desk workers were incompetent and could not find my name. waited 1.5 hours and they still could not find my name. They suggested I make new reservations through priceline.com once I did that, by their suggestion they never told me they found my original reservation so I was charged twice, and they refused to refund me my money, they are a horrible company, I have made several reports against them and no one has contacted me regarding this matter. 419-905-6423 Tanya Patton

We had a great trip.
We had a great trip. It was the perfect launching point for our visit to the Cincinnati area. The immediate area was great--super good restaurants and bars within just a few minutes. And did we mention our unit was on the street of the MARDI GRAS PARADE! What fun! Getting into Cincy was a breeze--and we enjoyed the multiple art galleries, (Sign Museum was a TREAT!) and the zoo!

The hotel is stylish and fun. As a fan of architecture, I enjoyed the soaring atrium and many spaces to hang out. Being a renovated department store gives it a cool vibe. The room was huge. I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.
Due to the cleanliness of the hotel we did not stop for breakfast. The location was good for places to eat and drink. Madison, at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful.
City view was lovely but obscured by extremely dirty windows and due to traffic noise (which cannot be helped) we were unable to leave them open.
Great location! Had a nice afternoon in the cool downtown Covington area and then had a easy ride to the game. We walked back to enjoy the nice evening.
