The hotel needs to be remodeled. The carpet was stretched out. The outside lighting needs to be under the room door because it is dark. The staff needs to understand English. A soap dispenser needs to be at the bathroom sink. New clocks need to be in the room because you can’t see the time. The elevator needs to work.

The room was big enough and had the beds we requested.
The room was big enough and had the beds we requested. The bathroom floor still had hair on the floor from prior guests. The beds were clean. The shower was clean. The towels were clean. The housekeepers did great. The carpet was nasty and wore out and had large stains. The room smelled like a dirty wet dog.

Convenient location, nearby 280 freeway.

The hotel looks worn out, strongly inferior to the chain hotels in quality, and, at the same time, quite expensive. Breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, standard menu items, such as caprese salad, are very different from the usual.
In short, if you don't have $300+ a night for a room at a decent chain hotel, but you don't want to live in a $60 shelter either, the Cupertino Hotel is your choice.

Cupertino is prime to visit for unique shopping, and food experiences. Bubble tea! Indian poutine! Tayaki! Travel north or south for less than 30 minutes to enjoy walking along coastal redwood forests for a dose of happy nature. There is a lot to choose from!

Great location for staying in the South Bay, right next to a very good Vietnamese restaurant and across the street from shops and a Peets coffee. Very good value for the money for Silicon Valley. Hotel a bit dated, but overall not bad. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in town and want to visit my friends in the South Bay.
Really nice Inn, clean and quiet room. Polite and professional staff. Huge free parking. Good swimming pool. Location is not that great, but it depends on what you need. Overall, we liked it and we would come back again.
