Basic accommodation steps from King's Dominion amusement park. Rooms were fine for a short stay and appreciated the very late check-in. Showers had good pressure and hot water. All good.

I seen cockroaches on the cabinet, also first room was with crazy voice of heater, I had to change it second room heater was after second day heated room, breakfast included I would not call this breakfast its just coffee and waffles. But last three days it’s even this was not available. Room service cleaning was nothing 6 days nobody cleaned room.Customer service for last three days some woman was in the mornings , was on level below zero she not at her place, she don’t like her job.. Total I will give score 1. Out of 10. It’s was my first time in USA I expected much better service from states.

    Hard to stay - was there for one purpose unfortunately my overall experience was with my hotel which I would never stay at again - La Quinta- also just a heads up nothing close to eat - Other than 7Eleven and Burger King - hotel k ly provided 1 restaurant to deliver - they were very accommodating g but expensive - also the hotel’s website stated that masks were still required - no one I. The hotel wore one -

    Right across the street from the amusement park, 7/11, and a local burger king so that was great. Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. Quiet hotel with a cozy pool great for family fun or poolside sun bathing!

    The LaQunita Inn was awful,the service and the front desk clerk too, they took monies from me and did not provide any service. I was ripped off for $135.28 and never entered the place to check in, never bought any luggage to check in and was there to go to my mother’s funeral, had to leave and go find another hotel to stay in after traveling six hours to get there, accommodations were not what I asked for and the place was not in good shape. This is not a good place to stay for the monies they charge. Not good business!!!

    We were in the area for the Mid-Atlantic RV Show.

    We were in the area for the Mid-Atlantic RV Show. The area was easy to navigate, and Kings Dominion was right across from our hotel. We had dinner delivered by Door Dash from Iron Horse Restaurant and the food was excellent. We stayed at La Quinta Hotel and would not stay again, due to odors and the bed was horrible as we both have back & hip issues and the mattress needed to be replaced.

    The lobby had a smell to it , the elevator doors inside and out where dirty, someone from the staff was going around spraying on the floors to get the smell away . The third floor carpet was dirty and when I entered my room the smell was horrible. Went straight to the desk and requested a new room . The pool had died flies in it . The breakfast was waffles and bagels. The bed was comfortable out of the entire stay.

    It made me appreciate every other hotel room I've ever stayed in. The toilet was so low to the ground that it made me feel that I was tall enough to be an NBA starter. They also had coffee in the pot (room temperature, mind you) waiting for us in the room. The safe was locked so we spent the night looking for clues in what, we only assumed, was an escape room. If you like trains, then this may be a place for you...trains and their clickty clack and toot toot all night long.

    The room had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and we slept very well. Sadly the pool was closed due to the rainy weather before the 21. September. It is very close to Kings Dominion. We just walked from the Hotel to the fun park and had a lovely stay.

    the hotel was clean and in good condition. Shower was nice and TV had no issues. AC was good and hotel overall was very clean. The free breakfast was nice as well. Would have been nicer if hot eggs was on the menu.
