Hotel was in a great area. Staff was great. Only negative I have is that it wasn’t super clean. The hallways were a bit dirty. & the room had a lot of marks on the walls. Shower tiles didn’t seem to be very well cleaned There was also some stains on the sheets to ones of the beds in the room.

The staff was amazing, the kitchen area was decent, and the location was nice. However, the room was filthy, the carpet was filthy, and we had to request towels several times before we received them. All sinks leaked them. The living room pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable you could feel only the springs. We had to purchase two mattress covers. 😩 Unfortunately, I will never stay here again, or refer anyone else to stay there. I only have one picture of the stained carpet. Our socks would be extremely dirty, after walking on the carpet.

    El Segundo was a very quiet nice area. The hotel is literally on the border of a community of El Segundo which was pretty cool. Streets were safe and I walked conveniently to IHOP and the coffee shop without no problem

    The staff welcomes you warmly, offering coffee as soon as you arrive. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, the rooms are comfortable, and the internet connection is reliable. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. IHOP very close and others restaurants are a short distance from the hotel . Close to the pool there is an area with fire pits .

    I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The airport shuttle was late taking my family to the airport. Water was shut off with no warning or water compensation z

    I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.

    I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

    Never going back to this location my son cut his foot on...

    Never going back to this location my son cut his foot on glass in the pool to the white meat on his birthday and the plan was to get an indoor pool with heated control but due to unforeseen circumstances he had to leave the pool bleeding, just to go to the room and Wi-Fi was down in the room. Tiny balcony and the amenities weren’t all made available to us. Room was not made available to us until 1hr 30mins late of expected time of arrival.

    Businnes hotel of higher quality than those usually located near airports. The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast area is pleasant. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is noteworthy. We arrived at 1am, called the hotel, and in just 10 minutes it arrived at the airport to pick us up. From the hotel to the airport, the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. The crews of several airlines stay at this hotel.

    Great for an overnight stay nearby the airport. Had all the amenities I needed for a short layover, would recommend or stay again. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable! Airport shuttle was on time and very convenient.

    Convenient for a quick overnight stay near the airport, especially for an early flight. Airport shuttle is great but do some research to be able to find it at the airport. For the way back to the airport super helpful.
