Outside building needed to be updated, breakfast area was very dated, orange juice machine wasn't working, we're out of plates and no one around to help. Overall better than nothing but I probably would not stay again because of it

Located in Faribault, The Inn at Shattuck - St. Mary's offers a shared lounge. The inn also provides free WiFi and free private parking.

The hotel is very historical on the grounds of the local college and with such an amazing history from the late 1880s to today, was very neat ! It's small, quaint, blocks from downtown Faribault. It's priced a little more then the main street chain hotels by the interstate, but safer because it's on the grounds of a college surrounded by residential subdivisions. You will feel safe!

    We had a Family reunion in Northfield,Mn and all Motels were booked. Staying in a close location was key. We had a hassle free stay and would stay again if circumstances were to repeat. Thanks to the staff that we encountered during our stay.

    A& W Root Beer Stand. Car Hops and all.

    A& W Root Beer Stand. Car Hops and all. They have many different restaurants to eat at. It is right near the main town of Faribault and very easy to get to. They also have trails you can go hiking or biking on. It has a lot of restored buildings down main street. I definitely will be going back.

    I liked everything! Very friendly staff, beautiful campus with walking trails and convenient location if you are traveling in southern MN. There was a lot of history tied to the inn which the front desk staff was able to tell us about. The inn was very clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very simple, but there was everything from juice to milk and also coffee and rolls, bagels, and yoghurt. I absolutely would recommend the inn to anyone traveling to the Faribault area.
