I had stayed at this hotel a couple years ago multiple times and it was wonderful back then. This time it felt like a completely different hotel. Dark, dirty, bedbug vibes. My first room didn't have a working heater, room was 64° and bed had sheets with stains and definitely had not been changed since the prior guest. I asked for a different room, 52 of their rooms were out of order, but once the gal found a different room for me, that room was also dirty and dark (even with every light on) the bed sheets also had not been changed since the prior guest. I reached out to the company and received no response, I checked in to the Holiday Inn Express down the road which was perfect. I'll never go to this nasty hotel again, and feel a little ripped off that I was offered no reimbursement from Booking.com or the hotel.

On Thursday we loved what was available in the hot food choices. We always love the comfort of the room with the nice mattress and the cleanliness of the room. Love the accessibility of I 25 and our favorite restaurant, DC Oakes. Busy area but close to walking trails and parks.

This was my first time staying at Edwards House and I couldn't have been more impressed. The location in relation to Fort Collins is ideal, but being a few blocks off of College Ave meant that the property was very quiet and peaceful. There was ample parking between the parking lot and the street and check-in was a breeze. After a long flight from the east coast it was a real treat to find a smorgasbord of teas and coffee along with hot chocolate and cookies in the main area. The room was spacious, the bathroom heavenly (the clawfoot tub was a highlight), and the bed made for sleeping in.
Conveniently located off Interstate 25, only a short distance from a variety of recreational activities, this hotel offers many thoughtful amenities along with friendly service.

Excellent breakfast for the price!! Needed Bagels, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, bananas, oranges, grapes, and muffins. Other than that...really good for the cost of the stay.

Fort Collins is a real hidden gem relative to its neighbor to the south (Boulder). A cool college town with wide streets, lush foliage, and a laid back vibe. Lots of great restaurants and coffee to be found on College Ave. All of the benefits of a large town in a much smaller and relaxed package.

There is so much to love about Fort Collins.
There is so much to love about Fort Collins. It's known for having a whole bunch of craft beer breweries. Old Town is worth walking around in all seasons. It seems there's always something going on somewhere in town and in the neighboring towns.

Fort Collins, Colorado is a wonderful city.
Fort Collins, Colorado is a wonderful city. Not too large, and not too small. The old downtown is lovely with lots of restored vintage buildings, trendy shops, bars, and restaurants.
We attended a craft show on Linden St which was closed to vehicles. It's a great place for a craft show. I had fun exploring the cute downtown district.

The hotel is located in a very cute neighborhood.
The hotel is located in a very cute neighborhood. Fort Collins is very lovely and we usually only drive through to Wyoming when we go to visit our family. It was delightful to stay in such a lovely historic hotel that we could walk to shopping and food. I am sure there was much more to check out but we were there only for the night.

Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy.
Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy. They have no breakfast even though they have a digital sign outside showing a full breakfast buffet. Also they are false advertising on their website and on Booking.com
The price states breakfast included. We booked this hotel mainly for the breakfast (for 6 of us)
We unfortunately booked 2 rooms here (111 and 103) They smelled like wet dirty dog. Filth an inch high under the bed and holes in the wall. Bed linens smelled.
Area was not a very safe area and there was a lot of noise all night,.
Save your money and stay elsewhere.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Fort Collins has anything a person could want out of a big city. However, I love what's west of FtC. The mountains are calling! Hike up Horsetooth, till you get to the teeth! Then head down for brewery beer, I like Zwei brewery. Great family owned place!
Any place on College is great for food! Any!
As a disabled veteran, always feel this city is kind to me.

upon check-in, Gabriel very kindly changed our room to one on the first floor and very near an entrance to accommodate my travel companion who has mobility issues. A bit later, when my lighter broke, Gabriel searched everywhere for matches for me to no avail. However, another one of your employees, Zak, overheard and gave me a lighter he claimed was "extra."
Service over and above from both of these gentlemen. Give them each a raise.
The location was excellent in historic downtown. The apartment was roomy and welcoming and they had bikes available. The host are very nice and are available for any question, concerns or help.
The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned.
Location was next to a cinema.
1 healthy cereals option for breakfast
