Great location, everything we wanted to do was about a 10 minute drive! Nice neighborhood, with great restaurant options. The room was nice, we loved the shower with the touch tablet. Check in and check out we're both smooth with great staff, and everyone was so friendly with directions and recommendations. And the breakfast was incredible! The omelets were delicious and the staff was super attentive, trash or used plates never stayed on the table for over 2 minutes! I'm already planning to come back for my birthday and bring my whole family along to check out the pool!

Visiting family who live very close to the hotel. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and so much construction was going on, but the construction didn't really cause any issues, and it will look great when it's done. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the food was great! I missed the free dinner both nights, but breakfast was delicious.

rented this room for my daughter and grandkids to stay at while taking one of them to the children's hospital. When I booked it and put in the payment information, it specifically asked if I wanted it under somebody else's name that was not on the credit card I used and I selected yes, and then put her name down. Then, when she got there to Check-in late at night after driving 3 hrs, the attendant couldn't speak english very well and refused to use the card that I had input. So she had to use her own card and didn't have much money left over after paying for the room. I WILL NEVER BOOK THAT HOTEL AGAIN AND I WILL NO LONGER USE BOOKING.COM because this is the 2nd time it has messed up my reservations!
