The Thursday night prime ribs at the High Point restaurant were good. The subs at Vic's Sub Shop were outstanding. Check out time it’s taking too long. Yes I overslept. I should check out at eleven o’clock but I recap eleven o’clock however I ask from desk to wake me up for breakfast around eight o’clock. Nobody call me and I was waiting to check out twenty five minutes to 20 minutes nobody came into front desk are ringing bell several times. When I first arrived, no one was at the front desk I had to wait about 10 mins until someone came up front to check me in, once checked in my original room was very dirty, there was a crack pipe in the bedroom dresser drawer, and someone else's soap was in the bathroom shower, I immediately went back down to the main office and complained, the manager was nice enough and he gave me another room, so....once in the other room that was a little dirty too, I asked the manager for my money back but he firmly told me no and that I couldn't get my money back at all!!! So, I decided to stay and give the room a chance. ALL night long someone above me was walking hard and running back in forth my room was also next to an ice machine so I kept hearing the ice machine refill and empty most of the night at this point I decided not to complain I just made up in my mind that I would just check out a day early I was due to stay two nights at this point I didn't not care about losing money I just wanted to go home so I checked out at 9am the next morning and I would never book that location again!!!!Guest review byLowe - Review score8.0

Breakfast is in a bag and the distribution times very limited. They are somewhat cheap with towels and blaming it on covid. The pool in your picture was lit. The room was disgusting.
The room was disgusting. I walked in..looked around...walked back out. Told the man at the desk that I was not staying and wanted a refund. he said there would be no issues getting refund, but after 96 hours.. I still have not received a refund. There were pluses and minuses to our stay in this hotel. Pluses: working AC; table and two chairs where I and my husband can seat for a lunch or dinner; clean bedding; working microwave and refrigerator. Minuses:outdated and dirty room, dirty doors ( this is very important for me to stay in a clean room) ; no breakfast even it is listedGuest review byRimma

She was so polite and so professional and very caring the room was a basic room, but it was very clean and very accommodating definitely with the money I was able to get plenty of sleep I was there for work and just needed a place to sleep that was clean with no noise.
