I stay here often when I take my kids to AC. Sam, at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. Our only wish is that the pool was heated. It was so cold last time the kids couldn't swim.

The front desk staff was nice and extremely helpful with check in and eatery and we were a family of five and loved our stay! We went to Atlantic city the following day which was about 18 mins and definitely worth the drive as the viall was so comfy and pure bliss.

    The Thursday night prime ribs at the High Point restaurant were good. The subs at Vic's Sub Shop were outstanding. Galloway has some interesting attractions if you are interested in the casinos in Atlantic City, the shops in Smithville, plus nearby attractions for families.

    Check out time it’s taking too long. Yes I overslept. I should check out at eleven o’clock but I recap eleven o’clock however I ask from desk to wake me up for breakfast around eight o’clock. Nobody call me and I was waiting to check out twenty five minutes to 20 minutes nobody came into front desk are ringing bell several times. I ring your phone several times, nobody came into front desk to check me out I

    When I first arrived, no one was at the front desk I had to wait about 10 mins until someone came up front to check me in, once checked in my original room was very dirty, there was a crack pipe in the bedroom dresser drawer, and someone else's soap was in the bathroom shower, I immediately went back down to the main office and complained, the manager was nice enough and he gave me another room, so....once in the other room that was a little dirty too, I asked the manager for my money back but he firmly told me no and that I couldn't get my money back at all!!! So, I decided to stay and give the room a chance. ALL night long someone above me was walking hard and running back in forth my room was also next to an ice machine so I kept hearing the ice machine refill and empty most of the night at this point I decided not to complain I just made up in my mind that I would just check out a day early I was due to stay two nights at this point I didn't not care about losing money I just wanted to go home so I checked out at 9am the next morning and I would never book that location again!!!!

    Breakfast is in a bag and the distribution times very limited. They are somewhat cheap with towels and blaming it on covid. The pool in your picture was lit. We saw no such thing while we were there . It was always dark. If you don't mind stuff like that, it is not too bad.

    The room was disgusting.

    The room was disgusting. I walked in..looked around...walked back out. Told the man at the desk that I was not staying and wanted a refund. he said there would be no issues getting refund, but after 96 hours.. I still have not received a refund. Apparently there is some issue with getting a hold of someone at this dump.

    There were pluses and minuses to our stay in this hotel. Pluses: working AC; table and two chairs where I and my husband can seat for a lunch or dinner; clean bedding; working microwave and refrigerator. Minuses:outdated and dirty room, dirty doors ( this is very important for me to stay in a clean room) ; no breakfast even it is listed

    The most impressive thing was just how polite and caring the hotel staff was especially The Manager at least I assume she was the manager. She was so polite and so professional and very caring the room was a basic room, but it was very clean and very accommodating definitely with the money I was able to get plenty of sleep I was there for work and just needed a place to sleep that was clean with no noise. I’m going back, mainly because of how nice the lady was to me and how clean the room was.

    The room was clean. We loved the huge tv mounted on the wall. The place was a good value. The front desk attendent was nice. We were a little worried about staying at a lower budget hotel (short stay but didnt want to spend 600 night on a casino room) but this rated to us as OK for the dollar.
