The location and view were exceptional! There was no one in the office, but someone was accessible via text. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room, and ice, a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine were available outside the room. There was no maid service offered, emptied our own trash and made the bed. Plenty of hot water and a great shower. No breakfast.
Located in the Laconia City Center. It serves a continental breakfast every morning and features a game room. Free Wi-Fi access and cable TV are included in every room at the Landmark Inn.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean. We loved to hang out in the lobby. The pool area was clean. Loved the tunnel from the rooms to the lobby since it was cold out. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice.

The woman in the front office (I believe she is the owner) was super nice and helpful and the room was immaculate, which is my #1 priority, and the bed very comfortable. Looks like they just refurbished the bathroom. Small refrigerator and coffee available in the office lobby in the morning. None in the room. My room was in the front building, closest to the main road, and the noise from the traffic was a drawback. Try to request a room in the rear building. My stay was off-season so the pool was closed and I can't comment on that.
This Laconia accommodations is located on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee and offers complimentary boat slips & WiFi. Guests at NASWA Resort can enjoy a private beach on the bay.

Privacy and comfort of the cabin in which we stayed. This would also include the scenery of the lake and the foliage that was occurring.

It has lots to offer in services, places to eat, and activities. Maybe a few more restaurants would have been nice. Lots of easy access to shopping, groceries, hardware stores etc. Quiet and less touristy then some areas. Any beach we went to had plenty of parking and was not over crowed. Would have liked a few more bike trails. We went to Barlett Beach which is pet friendly, we also spent an afternoon at the beach at Ahern State Park (very peaceful), and we went to Weirs Beach which was not crowded and had shaded areas with picnic tables as well as a good sized sandy beach.

Town is great - has a lot to offer as long as your not trying to do "tourist" things - the town itself doesn't have much to do and if your looking for night life - LOOK ELSEWHERE - "sidewalks" pretty much roll up at sundown - hard to find anything open past 10 pm - but if your looking for layed back peace & quiet - you found it here

My wife and I took a short hike to the summit of Belknap Mountain which is located in Guilford. We picked a beautiful day and the hike 4 1/2 hours from lower gate gave us the reward of tremendous views from the fire tower on the top of Belknap Mountain

Lake and surrounds are really nice.
Lake and surrounds are really nice. We were there for hiking and did Gunstock and Redhill near Lake Squam. Great views and were lucky with the weather. No convenient EV charging although plenty at Tilton (Flo) but its a drive to get there.

I love Gilford!
I love Gilford! I attend Soulfest every year & camp mountainside at Gunstock Mountain. This particular trip was to attend a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion with friends and we also did a little hike up to Mount Major. We had a great time as always.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The updates in common areas are nice with plenty of complimentary coffee, tea, snacks. Everything was automated and we had no problem accessing our keyless entries throughout the hotel . The staff was wonderful and so helpful.
We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were great. The grab and go breakfast was pretty good and the close proximity to the Bank of NH Pavilion was great! Would stay there again.
I loved the hotel, the staff were very friendly. I loved the menu that the room offers with all the attractions and addresses, it was easy to find, I will come back again.
