Renae was the perfect person to greet anyone coming in, going out, he always had a great smile and personality. Ashbhag was also kind attentive, thoughtful and very pleasant. She always asked me what I needed. I appreciated everything about my stay except the carpet was always wet. I thought maybe from the air conditioner. However I had on the perfect shoes for that situation and once I let the front desk know, (Kenya I think) that issue was resolved. I could walk very short distances for fast food or the HEB grocery right across the street. I will definitely come back to Best Western Harker Heights on my next visit to Killeen. Thank you all for a comfortable stay. Oh and I was able to bring my work and work in my room. Awesome!!!Guest review byAngela

This hotel turned out to be a great place to stay and lots of places to eat . The hotel has just been renovated and everything is fresh and new .
